Description
Description
The Sram PG-1130 cassette is part of the SRAM Force groupset and is suitable for standard Shimano and SRAM bodies. The SRAM PG-1130 cassette has a large gear range and is ideal for real speed demons, or mountain goats who like to brave the steepest climbs!
A large range for every terrain
The Powerglide II technology ensures that you shift very quietly and smoothly from the 11 to the top cog! This Sram 11-speed cassette can handle anything: from steep climbs to flat straights!
Powerglide™ Chainring Technology means that SRAM starts with raw 7075-T6 aluminum. After this, the chainrings are roughly formed by a press, after which CNC machines form the chainrings into a precise switching whole. This ensures that a profile is created that cannot be achieved with CNC machines alone. The teeth are strengthened by pressing for superior durability. The coating and good finish give this cassette a long life and very smooth shifting behaviour.
Gearing:
• 11/26: 11-12-13-14-15-16-17-19-21-23-26 = 260 grams
• 11/32: 11-12-13-14-15-17-19-22-25-28-32 = 310 grams
To mount this cassette you need specific tools. These can be found here. For a more detailed explanation and instructions on how to use these tools please refer to our blog on replacing a cassette.
Don't forget the assembly grease!
The lockring of your cassette can be well tightened, in some cases up to 40 Nm. To make removing the lockring in the future easier, we recommend lubricating it with a bit of assembly grease. You can find our selection of assembly greases here.

User tips
How often should I wash my bike? Regular washing will keep your bike in good nick. It ensures that the parts on your bike last longer so that you can enjoy cycling happiness for longer. How often you should wash your bike is largely dependent on what sort of weather conditions you ride in. Are you always out there, come rain or shine? Or are you strictly a fair-weather cyclist? It all has an influence on the degree of wear on bike parts, and some of us have to wash our bikes more regularly than others. Refer to the plan below as a general guideline:October to March:
• Wash every 200 km
• Rinse after every ride
• Dry and lube the chain after every ride
• Let the bike dry at room temperature
April to September:
• Wash every 300 km
• Rinse after a ride in the rain
• Dry and lube the chain after rinsing or washing
• Let the bike dry at room temperature
